Stress being part and parcel of active life, a natural facet of human endeavour, is commonly associated with unpleasant events, but there are beneficial activities that can also cause stress in your life.While Anxiety and pressure are terms often associated with the rushed businessperson or the athlete who needs to make the winning shot,stress is a term that is hard to define because it means different things to different people because it is a normal occurrence in life for people of all ages.

Because it may originate from a disarranged educational setting, cloudy or weird goals, or anxiety about failing, stressful outcomes may result from any circumstance or belief that causes you to feel frustrated, upset, or restless.This can be a pervasive issue in the modern world which if left untreated ,can have overwhelming repercussions. It can be beneficial when it is experienced as emotional energy,but may cause both mental and physical symptoms if unmitigated.

Stress is definitely a crucial element of our being and will almost always be a part of existence and can possibly enable you to adjust your health or retard you.  It’s your system’s emotional and physical response to conditions that scare, irritate, confound, endanger or capture your imagination.  It’s your body’s reaction to change.
